The 2025 ASES Annual Meeting will be held at the brand-new Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center in Chula Vista. Housing information will be provided after completing your Annual Meeting registration.
Cancellation Policy
• August 29th: Last day for full cancellation reimbursement.
• September 15th: Last day to cancel and receive a 50% refund of registration fees.
• No refunds as of September 16th.
