Abstract Guidelines
- There is no maximum word count, however submission is limited to a single page of text.
- Font: Standard Times New Roman, minimum type size 10pt.
- Abstract should be single-spaced.
- Must include Introduction, Material & Methods, Results & Discussion.
- May provide up to three references. These must be included within the single-page submission.
- May provide up to two figures. These may be submitted as one additional page if necessary
- Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) must be disclosed.
- Any industry support must be disclosed.
- There is no limit on abstract submissions; however, if a submitting author has more than five
submissions, they will be required to rank them and return their rankings to ASES no later than August
21, 2026.

- Identifying strategies for improved surgical techniques and the use of appropriate technology in the treatment of the shoulder and elbow.
- Identify and evaluate approaches to improve assessment and management of elbow and shoulder disorders in the clinical setting.
